Last week Friday 11/22/24, I spoke with a beyond amazing, soul, compassionate, human being that ever walked this earth Ms. Jan Turlick, CLMS Leave Management Specialist from GTM. She mentioned this was a very small company located in Georgia. Personally, this small company has has a HUGE HEART just beyond compare; invaluable. I have never came across a company like this and a person who was more than willing to wholeheartedly listen to me while I cried attempting to explain my work situation; affecting my mental and physical health. Honestly, I was to a breaking point. Jan was more than a BLESSING, an angel who walks this earth!!!!! She assisted me with such grace, calm, ease, comfort and worked non-stop all day along with my doctor to assist me with this new, unfamiliar, leave process. She mentioned her prayer book and said was going to keep in prayers which I have no words to express how immensely grateful I am that our lives cross paths even in this dark time with my work/personal situation. A complete stranger praying and comforting me with her kind words and support!!! This world need more human beings like Jan Turlick. Extremely thankful for GTM and Jan for all you do. Thank you for existing and for all that you are!!!! Wherever Ms. Jan Turlick is in Georgia a BIG HUG to her and prayers as well. I really love the individual attention from GTM. You have a specific dedicated rep you can go to for anything and everything. Much better than a giant corporation like ADP.

Customer service is great. We've had initial hiccups transitioning over to GTM but they are always very helpful and solution oriented. Last week I was having a problem with the way pto was being calculated and Leslie helped me figure out what was going on. She also called me back to make sure I had received all the emails and information I needed.

My small business (10 employees) has been around nearly 20 years. Our employees have weird tax situations being located around the world with odd state tax requirements for various states. This is our fourth payroll provider - the third we used in a 12 month span. GTM has been nothing short of terrific. I am not a huge fan of the platform, but the customer service has been so good in timeliness, helfulness, patience, etc., that overcoming my - and they may just be mine - difficulties with it were 100% worth it. I dont imagine leaving GTM ever and see them as our payroll provider in perptuity.
