Am using GTM household payroll for a part-time employee. Last year, used them for a full-time employee. Their software is straightforward and their customer service by phone is fantastic. They make complicated things like state-mandated plans, etc. happen very easily. Highly recommend GTM for household payroll.

Erin is extremely responsive with all requests, and I never have to second-guess her work, as it's always done exactly as requested. Most importantly, Erin is a joy to work with -- we've never met in person, but our email communication always has a kindness and humanity that adds that something special to what would otherwise be mundane tasks...I actually have fun while contemplating payroll, of all things 🙂 I can't recommend GTM, or Erin, enough!
