Our coaching service is best achieved through a series of incremental results that build upon one another. Coaching begins with an initial 30–45-minute discovery meeting to create a coaching schedule to move forward. The frequency of coaching sessions and agreed-to goals are outlined and committed to by both parties.
Coaching services may be purchased directly from the executive, or the company may decide to sponsor an executive to receive coaching services. In either scenario, this is an excellent opportunity for the executive to grow personally and professionally.
Few executives have confidential sounding boards – we can help with that. Client privacy and privacy regarding any client communications will be protected. After the initial interview, a confidentiality agreement will be initiated and completed. No audio taping or third-party attendance will be done during coaching calls or meeting. Phone messages left with your assigned Executive Coach will not be forwarded or recorded.
