GTM Payroll Services has been fantastic payroll solution for our family and our nanny. The customer service team is top notch - very responsive, professional and caring in getting any changes / questions resolved. The online platform / technology is easy to use, making it easy to automate payroll, PTO / time tracking, withholding and other payroll workflows. Annual cost is relatively reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
I have reached out to Jan who works at GTM numerous times in the past couple of months with questions regarding how leave works and documentation questions. I am always impressed by her quick responses and thorough understanding of FMLA protocol and practices. Jan responds to emails within 24 hours and has always provided the information I am looking for with easy to understand directions/explanations. Great payroll company to work with!!! Our account rep, Alicia, is top tier with her customer service and is always available to help with any questions or concerns we have. She is wonderful to work with! Quickly responds to any and all emails and inquiries we have. We would 100% recommend GTM for any company that is in need of payroll services and then some! Very user friendly cloud based employer system. Employee interface is very user friendly as well.
