I'm a new employee using GTM Payroll and I needed help understanding my new paystub. Im the type of person who needs to account for every single cent on my paystub and I was really struggling to understand the math behind the deductions and I think my questions even confused Talisha. She wanted to speak with a supervisor before telling me the wrong thing and asked to give me a call back. I fully did not expect a call back. I thought I would just have to try a call again tomorrow. To my surprise, Talisha called me back within the hour and was able to help better explain my payroll and deductions. I really appreciate her going the extra mile to figure it out and for not making me feel dumb about not fully understanding and asking a million questions. Thank you, Talisha!

Leslie was absolutely amazing, super helpful. Within minutes of chatting, she had the answer to my question, all the information I needed and forms to solve my problem. In addition, she followed up with an email immediately after and then again in response to one I sent.

Approximately one year ago (almost to the day) I was diagnosed with double cancer; ovarian and breast. Of course it was an extremely stressful and overwhelming time, not only learning about what the diagnosis meant and what my life expectancy may be, but what treatment would look like, etc. The last thing I wanted to do was to delve into the world of FMLA though I knew I needed to. I have had conversations with Janie at GTM on more than one occasion. My issues have been technical in nature, attempting to log on and retrieve paperwork for my caregiver. Janie has always been kind, patient, resourceful, using humor when appropriate which I appreciate, understanding, and able to achieve what is needed in one way or another. She is a joy to speak with.
There have been other wonderful people over the past several years. But she stands out!
