I have used GTM for the better part of a year to provide payroll services for aides for my mother's care. GTM Customer Service has been incredible every time I need their assistance. Unlike other organizations (i.e. cell phone carriers or cable providers) GTM people spend the time and have the patience to resolve any issue I may have. Special thanks to Mike who set up my initial account and Mariana who handled my latest questions. Though I don't have the other individuals' names, everyone I have dealt with at GTM has been a delight. Thanks so much for making my care giving tasks easier!Dave

Have had a great experience with GTM Payroll Services. I have been especially impressed with their customer service, which is such a rarity these days. I can always speak to a knowledgeable person, and I can count on a follow up call or email for unanswered questions. Kim Loomis was especially helpful for me, for months on end, when we were dealing with booking keeping issues on the part of my state. She was fantastic! Last week Friday 11/22/24, I spoke with a beyond amazing, soul, compassionate, human being that ever walked this earth Ms. Jan Turlick, CLMS Leave Management Specialist from GTM. She mentioned this was a very small company located in Georgia. Personally, this small company has has a HUGE HEART just beyond compare; invaluable. I have never came across a company like this and a person who was more than willing to wholeheartedly listen to me while I cried attempting to explain my work situation; affecting my mental and physical health. Honestly, I was to a breaking point. Jan was more than a BLESSING, an angel who walks this earth!!!!! She assisted me with such grace, calm, ease, comfort and worked non-stop all day along with my doctor to assist me with this new, unfamiliar, leave process. She mentioned her prayer book and said was going to keep in prayers which I have no words to express how immensely grateful I am that our lives cross paths even in this dark time with my work/personal situation. A complete stranger praying and comforting me with her kind words and support!!! This world need more human beings like Jan Turlick. Extremely thankful for GTM and Jan for all you do. Thank you for existing and for all that you are!!!! Wherever Ms. Jan Turlick is in Georgia a BIG HUG to her and prayers as well. Thanks to Jan and GTM, I know feel there's a little of ray of hope amidst all of my simultaneous issues, work, personal and caretaker. So, eternally grateful to Jan and GTM!

Customer service is great. We've had initial hiccups transitioning over to GTM but they are always very helpful and solution oriented. Last week I was having a problem with the way pto was being calculated and Leslie helped me figure out what was going on. She also called me back to make sure I had received all the emails and information I needed.
