Approximately one year ago (almost to the day) I was diagnosed with double cancer; ovarian and breast. Of course it was an extremely stressful and overwhelming time, not only learning about what the diagnosis meant and what my life expectancy may be, but what treatment would look like, etc. The last thing I wanted to do was to delve into the world of FMLA though I knew I needed to. That's when I was introduced to, Jan, who became an angel in my life. Jan was kind, and thorough, and understanding. She was patient with me when I didn't quite grasp what forms I needed to submit and how to complete them properly. She always made me feel okay about my confusion, and she guided me through what was needed. I'm happy to say I got through ALL of it, but I can honestly say I don't think I could have without GTM Jan. Thank you Jan!

I have had conversations with Janie at GTM on more than one occasion. My issues have been technical in nature, attempting to log on and retrieve paperwork for my caregiver. Janie has always been kind, patient, resourceful, using humor when appropriate which I appreciate, understanding, and able to achieve what is needed in one way or another. She is a joy to speak with.
There have been other wonderful people over the past several years. But she stands out!

I am grateful to GTM for allowing me an anxiety free way to reimburse my most wonderful caregiver. I could not possibly keep up with the changes to laws and taxes.

Leslie helped me quickly alter my payroll cycle so that I could enable the HomePunch feature on my account. She took the time to work through/talk through the best approach to resolving my concern. The customer service is excellent! I emailed them to make a permanent payroll change that isn’t available through my online account. Leslie was quick to respond, got it setup right away and had great customer service! It was seamless for me which is extremely helpful.

I have used GTM for the better part of a year to provide payroll services for aides for my mother's care. GTM Customer Service has been incredible every time I need their assistance. Unlike other organizations (i.e. cell phone carriers or cable providers) GTM people spend the time and have the patience to resolve any issue I may have. Special thanks to Mike who set up my initial account and Mariana who handled my latest questions. Though I don't have the other individuals' names, everyone I have dealt with at GTM has been a delight. Thanks so much for making my care giving tasks easier!
