As of October 7, 2019, GTM Payroll Services’ new building exapnsion was complete, as our sales and operations teams began working from 9 Executive Park Drive. With 12,500 square feet, the space better accommodates GTM’s growing team of more than 70 employees, features a modern training facility, and includes many amenities for worker engagement. Our executive and development teams remain at 7 Executive Park Drive, giving GTM now 23,000 square feet of office space for future growth.
Everything we considered for our expansion centered around creating ecstatic clients, which is one of our core values. Our new training facility features capacity for 35 people in a classroom style learning environment, a 100-inch 4K monitor, and laptop connections for all attendees as well as two smaller learning centers.

Expanding into our new building has afforded GTM the opportunity to put in place actions to help with environmental sustainability. Being more conscious of our carbon footprint, we are committed to eliminating single-use plastic items, and we have found ways to reduce the amount of paper waste we produce by using online, digital formats more frequently. We also have a water filtration system that has removed the need for large plastic water bottles, as our employees can now refill their own bottles at filter stations connected to the building’s water line.
