We are a very unique seasonal business. Our payroll goes from two employees to over 80 employees during one week of the year. Since we do not use the system much, we seem to always forget something or not understand something. Erin is our Representative, and she is the best. Whenever we have a question, she is there with a quick response. Not only that, she keeps an eye on our account and emails us when we have missed something. Great customer service.

My small business (10 employees) has been around nearly 20 years. Our employees have weird tax situations being located around the world with odd state tax requirements for various states. This is our fourth payroll provider - the third we used in a 12 month span. GTM has been nothing short of terrific. I am not a huge fan of the platform, but the customer service has been so good in timeliness, helfulness, patience, etc., that overcoming my - and they may just be mine - difficulties with it were 100% worth it. I dont imagine leaving GTM ever and see them as our payroll provider in perptuity.

Leslie at GTM is simply amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable and able to answer the question I initially called in with, but she brought up other matters that would be good for me to review. Kim is great. I left a larger national payroll service because I could never get anyone on the phone at the company - just a call center. Kim answers every text usually within minutes! I also use the Home payroll service for caregivers - same great service.
