CLIFTON PARK, NY – (December 17, 2014) – GTM Payroll Services Inc. – the fast-growing, Clifton Park-based leader of payroll and human resource management for businesses and household employers – announced that once again the company has achieved third-party validation under the SSAE 16 attestation standard.
The SSAE 16 standard is an internationally-recognized standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) that is recognizable as a mark of service quality. GTM’s SSAE 16 compliance provides assurances regarding specific control objectives and systems designed to meet their customers’ unique needs. The SSAE 16 standard compliance reflects the accuracy of GTM’s documentation in relation to its corporate policies and the extent to which they govern the company’s day-to-day management, personnel controls, infrastructure, and security controls.

The examination of GTM Payroll Services Inc. was completed by a nationally-recognized, independent auditing firm with extensive experience in examining payroll service bureau organizations for control objectives and activities throughout the organization. A formal report including the auditor’s opinion (“Service Auditor’s Report”) was issued to GTM’s management at the conclusion of the annual SSAE attestation of standards.
