Great Customer Service. I’m a household employer and the portal is really easy to navigate - have had salary and timekeeping employees, who also advised easy interface to navigate as well. Anytime I’ve had questions and called, they have been extremely helpful in getting things resolved and/or answering my questions.

Amazing customer service and precision to details.

Am using GTM household payroll for a part-time employee. Last year, used them for a full-time employee. Their software is straightforward and their customer service by phone is fantastic. They make complicated things like state-mandated plans, etc. happen very easily. Highly recommend GTM for household payroll.

GTM was my first experience with using a payroll service. I have to say they have been outstanding to work with. Support is always quick to answer and I get to always talk to a person...first! I don't have to jump through hoops to talk to a human being. And so far the people I talk to are extremely helpful and kind. I am very happy with the service and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!

I have utilized GTM as my payroll service for my Nanny for many years. I have found them to be a top notch company with excellent payroll and tax services and outstanding client support. Their client services team has always been top notch professionals and very knowledgeable in any questions I have had. In particular, Lauren Bird-Oehler, the Tax Service Manager and Leslie from the Client Service Consultant Team are top notch professionals and extremely responsive in any issues I have discussed with them. There is always follow through in resolving. Overall GTM is very client focused and you can tell (and feel) that everyone you deal with takes great pride in delivering excellent service to their clients. Recommendations like this don’t come easy from me. I hold service providers to a high standard. Can’t go wrong with choosing GTM as your payroll service!

UPDATING to include my latest interaction: Janie was awesome. Helped me understand all the tax implications and how to make the best choices. GTM continues to be the very best! FROM BEFORE: Leslie thought of everything. She asked me all the questions I needed to think of, but didn't even know existed. She was SO professional and kind and thoughtful and proactive. I feel like I am in such good hands with GTM. All the years with them have been great, honestly, but this past experience with Leslie was just the icing on the cake. SUCH a good company!!

Leslie was absolutely amazing, super helpful. Within minutes of chatting, she had the answer to my question, all the information I needed and forms to solve my problem. In addition, she followed up with an email immediately after and then again in response to one I sent.

I have had conversations with Janie at GTM on more than one occasion. My issues have been technical in nature, attempting to log on and retrieve paperwork for my caregiver. Janie has always been kind, patient, resourceful, using humor when appropriate which I appreciate, understanding, and able to achieve what is needed in one way or another. She is a joy to speak with. There have been other wonderful people over the past several years. But she stands out! I am grateful to GTM for allowing me an anxiety free way to reimburse my most wonderful caregiver. GTM has been a God-send. Becoming an employer and learning about everything you need to do to be accountable is daunting, exhausting and confusing. Their team provides a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to legal pay, benefits, unemployment, and overall industry services. There's a reason they've been around for over 30 years. They are greatly respected in this industry, and give back to their local community as well as to the nanny community. I credit the founder, Guy Maddalone with educating me 25 years ago on why I couldn't be a 1099 nanny, and that advice has guided me ever since.
