Great Customer Service. I’m a household employer and the portal is really easy to navigate - have had salary and timekeeping employees, who also advised easy interface to navigate as well. Anytime I’ve had questions and called, they have been extremely helpful in getting things resolved and/or answering my questions.

Am using GTM household payroll for a part-time employee. Last year, used them for a full-time employee. Their software is straightforward and their customer service by phone is fantastic. They make complicated things like state-mandated plans, etc. happen very easily. Highly recommend GTM for household payroll.

I have utilized GTM as my payroll service for my Nanny for many years. I have found them to be a top notch company with excellent payroll and tax services and outstanding client support. I have had conversations with Janie at GTM on more than one occasion. My issues have been technical in nature, attempting to log on and retrieve paperwork for my caregiver. Janie has always been kind, patient, resourceful, using humor when appropriate which I appreciate, understanding, and able to achieve what is needed in one way or another. She is a joy to speak with.
