December 2025
As we wrap up 2025, I’m proud to reflect on a year marked by innovation, growth, and a continued commitment to supporting agencies, your families, and their employees. Everything we do is rooted in helping you run your agency more smoothly, delivering more value to your clients, and staying ahead of the complexities of household employment.
I wanted to share a look at some of the key milestones that made 2025 such a meaningful year for GTM, what they mean for you, and what we can expect in 2026.
Making Benefits Easier
This year, we launched EasyPay® Diamond, our most comprehensive payroll and benefits solution yet. Designed for today’s household employers, EasyPay Diamond makes it easier for families to offer employee health benefits without adding complexity.
What truly sets this apart is the expert guidance built into the experience. Clients and their employees now have access to an experienced benefits professional who can answer questions, explain options, and help them make confident decisions. We’ll also enroll employees in their desired plans to help ensure everything runs smoothly. For agencies, this means a stronger value proposition and a more professional, polished offering for your families.
Smarter Time Tracking
We also invested in our HomePunch® online time-tracking system, further streamlining the payroll process for clients and their employees. HomePunch allows employees to clock in and out from their mobile devices, while employers can easily review and approve accurate timesheets.
Beyond basic time tracking, HomePunch helps clients manage multiple types of PTO, including vacation, sick, and state-mandated leave requirements. reducing confusion and minimizing payroll errors. The result? Fewer back-and-forths, greater accuracy, and a better experience for everyone involved.
Expanded Insurance Solutions for Agencies
In 2025, the GTM Insurance Agency expanded our agency insurance program, and we’re excited by the response. More agencies are joining the program and seeing tangible results, including lower costs, more comprehensive coverage, better support and guidance from a team that understands their business, smoother renewals, and reduced risk.
This expansion reflects our commitment to supporting you not just with payroll, but with the broader insurance solutions you need to protect your business and grow with confidence.
Staying Connected to the Industry and Broadening Our Knowledge
We spent significant time on the road this year, attending and exhibiting at key industry conferences, including APNA, NCS, Nannypalooza, National Nanny Training Day, and INA. These events are invaluable opportunities to connect with agencies and childcare professionals, learn from peers, and stay current with developments across the household employment space.
In addition, GTM professionals attend payroll, HR, customer service, and insurance conferences and events throughout the year. Continuous learning is core to who we are, and these experiences help ensure we’re constantly bringing fresh insights, best practices, and innovative solutions back to our clients and partners like you.
Investing in Our People to Better Serve Yours
Our team continued to grow professionally in 2025, with more service representatives earning customer service certifications. This investment directly reflects our core values of A Passion to Grow, Ecstatic Clients, and A Better Way.
For your families, this means working with knowledgeable, responsive service representatives who are equipped to deliver exceptional service every step of the way.
Recognition from the Clients We Serve
We’re honored that our efforts continue to be reflected in strong Google reviews and high client satisfaction scores that exceed industry benchmarks. Feedback like this reinforces that our focus on service, expertise, and partnership truly makes a difference for you and your clients.
Comprehensive Solutions
As retirement plan mandates expand, we’ve made sure our clients are covered. GTM’s retirement plan option helps household employers comply with state requirements, including California and Maryland, where offering a retirement plan will be mandatory by the end of the year for most or all employers.
This is just one more example of the comprehensive, forward-thinking solutions we provide that help families stay ahead of regulations.
Coming in 2026
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue building on this momentum and partnering with you to create better experiences for you, your families, and their employees.
We will roll out a new, improved EasyPay Online platform to help your families manage their accounts with an enhanced user interface, a more mobile-friendly, modern experience, streamlined workflows, and additional resources, so they can continue to manage their household employment responsibilities with ease and confidence.
In this age of cybersecurity importance, we will soon be offering agencies on our business payroll service an affordable cyber liability insurance policy – with automatic approval! This kind of policy can help if your agency’s computers are hit with a virus that exposes private or sensitive information, you are sued for losing your customers’ information, or your agency incurs public relations costs to protect your reputation after a data breach.
Stay tuned for more details about these exciting new developments and more.
