CLIFTON PARK, NY – May 27, 2026 – GTM Payroll & HR, a leader in workforce solutions that integrate payroll, human resources, insurance, and employee benefit services, has launched Capital Connect, a new podcast series featuring deep-dive interviews with the entrepreneurs and organizational leaders shaping the Capital Region business community.
Host Kito Delgado, GTM’s business sales manager, goes behind the scenes with those who have built successful organizations while maintaining a workplace culture that values both high performance, employee engagement, and work-life success. Guests explore the pivotal moments and strategies that propelled them to success and discuss how their experiences can inspire other teams and support flourishing cultures.
