CLIFTON PARK, NY – October 24, 2023 – Tonight, on the campus of Siena College, entrepreneurs, students, Siena alumnae, their families, and community members came together to celebrate five extraordinary Siena graduates who have shown dedication, perseverance, and the entrepreneurial mindset to launch and grow their businesses.
Each year since 2014, the Maddalone Wall of Success Induction Celebration honors Siena alums making their mark on the world. GTM Payroll Services is proud to be a Platinum Sponsor of the event, and we congratulate this year’s inductees:

The event provided an opportunity for attendees to support entrepreneurship learning, network with Siena alumni and fellow entrepreneurs, share their passion for entrepreneurship, hear uplifting and inspiring stories, and meet Siena entrepreneurship students.
“Entrepreneurs, in my view, are the lifeblood of our economy. We are dreamers, the risk takers, the innovators, and our ventures are not only introducing groundbreaking ideas but also foster job creation, bolstering economic vitality. The ripple effects are profound,” Maddalone said. “And when an entrepreneur succeeds, the entire community reaps the benefit. It was this undertaking that drove me in my early days to seek out fellow entrepreneurs. I wanted to unravel the fabric of their success stories.”

Guy and his wife Diane are 1989 graduates of Siena’s business school and are committed to their alma mater’s success. The Wall of Success is just one way they have demonstrated their commitment. The Maddalones have also established a scholarship for entrepreneurial studies at Siena. During the Wall of Success event, it was announced that their scholarship has been funded up to its $100,000 goal and is available for students who also have their own businesses and a demonstrated need for financial assistance.
“We’re honored to build on Siena’s rich legacy of preparing successful business leaders by extending a hand to our next generation of student entrepreneurs,” Maddalone said.
