Founded by Guy Maddalone, GTM has a deep-rooted passion for supporting families and businesses. We understand the importance of working with a trusted guide in your employer journey. We deliver more than payroll; we provide unwavering guidance, support and reliability.

Guy’s entrepreneurial spirit began at a young age. Growing up in Upstate New York, he was the eldest son of 13 children, surrounded by the hard work and resilience of self-employed parents, he had several part-time ventures.

To better manage his first business, Guy pursued a technical foundation at Siena College, studying accounting. Instinctively, he knew his real passion was to build something meaningful that would positively impact people’s lives. This blend of technical skills and ambition would propel him further into his entrepreneurial journey.
