Have a <a title=\"Hiring a Foreign Nanny or Other Employee\" href=\"\/household\/hiring-a-foreign-nanny\/\" target=\"_blank\">foreign employee<\/a> coming to the U.S. on a work visa or permit? Policies are available to help them with medical coverage until they get established here and can apply for their own <a title=\"Health Insurance\" href=\"\/household\/health-insurance\/\" target=\"_blank\">health insurance<\/a> (or have you provide them with coverage).<\/p>\n<p>Travel medical insurance policies are designed to pick up where your primary health plan leaves off, acting as your primary insurance while abroad.
