Household employers are required to comply with wage and hour laws that regulate minimum wage. The 2015 minimum wage by state guide below does not reflect specific<\/i> monetary values for minimum wages for local jurisdictions (city, county, districts), tipped wages, state-required Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), child labor laws, all training wages, minimum revenue exceptions, etc. GTM recommends employers prepare for upcoming changes to the minimum wage in their state. Where a 2015 increase is listed without a date, the effective date is 1\/1\/15. <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
