A well-drafted agreement prevents misunderstandings, protects your family legally, and ensures your nanny knows exactly what is expected. Because the summer season is often more relaxed, it is even more important to have boundaries in writing.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some examples of what you should include in your summer nanny contract.<\/p>\n<h2>Precise Schedule<\/h2>\n<p>Since summer positions are temporary, you must clearly define the timeframe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specify the exact start and end dates.
