As a household employer, you have obligations towards your employee. New labor laws create new obligations and you may be missing some. The end of the year is a good time to take stock and make a plan for 2020, and a to-do list is a good way to start.<\/p>\n

  7. Have a plan if your employee needs to go out on leave<\/li>\n
  8. Have a personnel file with all employee documents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
