New York State Sexual Harassment Prevention Training<\/h3>\n

Household employers in New York State are required to adopt a sexual harassment prevention policy and provide employees with training on sexual harassment prevention.<\/p>\n

Training would then need to be conducted on an annual basis.<\/p>\n

To help you comply with this new regulation, GTM Payroll Services offers online sexual harassment prevention training videos that are compliant with both New York State and New York City regulations.<\/p>\n

As the law requires, training includes videos for you (as your employee\u2019s manager) and your workers. Training videos are also available in Spanish.<\/p>\n

With GTM\u2019s online training, employees can train at their own pace, access the course from any personal computer, laptop, or tablet at any time, and receive a certificate of completion upon completing the course. You\u2019ll also be compliant with the training aspect of New York State\u2019s sexual harassment prevention regulation.<\/p>\n

Sexual harassment prevention training is available for just $29 annually per active employee.<\/p>\n
