COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985)<\/h5>

Requires employers to offer continued health care coverage to employees and their dependents that are losing their health coverage under the employer plan. Through GTM\u2019s partner, Ulster Insurance Services, all the required steps, services, and notifications will be done to avoid any potential and costly fines.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
