Hours and wages can be entered in a variety of ways, depending on the complexity of your payroll. For simplicity, you can use our Quick Entry grid, or import your hours from one of several time keeping systems. Or for more complex entries, you can enter information through our detailed view, allowing you to enter an unlimited number of departments and rates, or override scheduled deductions or taxes. With Evolution’s thin-client architecture, there is a small application installed onto your PC, but all of the data resides on our servers. When you log into Evolution, you are securely accessing your data in real-time as if you were sitting at a PC in our office. Since Evolution is running a small application, there are no programming limitation. This allows us to provide you with the tools you need to manage your employees and payroll.<\/p>\n

No. Your individual Account Specialist uses the same version of Evolution as you, and since your data resides on our servers, they can access the information you are viewing at the exact same time. This allows your Account Specialist to assist you in ways that that would be unheard of with any other system.<\/p>\n

We have over 90 stock reports built into Evolution. Chances are there is a report to satisfy your needs, no matter what you are looking for. There are also Ad-Hoc reports so you can create your own reports by simply selecting the fields you desire. Additionally, GTM will customize reports based on your needs and requirements.<\/p>\n

Your technical packet will include system requirements for the Evolution software. It is a simple step-by-step installation process that can be provided by GTM to insure that the Evolution software installed on your systems can communicate with our servers. If you have a desktop firewall (excluding Windows Firewall) installed on your systems, just make sure that this firewall won\u2019t be blocking the communication of Evolution to GTM Servers. On a corporate level, all it takes is 2\u20133 ports to be opened to ensure proper communication.<\/p>\n
