Founded by Guy Maddalone, GTM is driven by a profound commitment to supporting families and businesses. We understand the critical role of a trusted partner in your employer journey. Our services extend beyond payroll, offering steadfast guidance, support, and reliability.<\/p>\n

Guy’s entrepreneurial spirit began at a young age. Growing up in Upstate New York, he was the eldest son of 13 children, surrounded by the hard work and resilience of self-employed parents, he had several part-time ventures.<\/p>\n

To better manage his first business, Guy pursued a technical foundation at Siena College, studying accounting. Instinctively, he knew his real passion was to build something meaningful that would positively impact people\u2019s lives. This blend of technical skills and ambition would propel him further into his entrepreneurial journey.<\/p>\n
