R.J. Valente Companies is comprised of R.J. Valente Gravel, R.J. Valente Industries, and Valente Building Group. They have been GTM clients for many years, but recently Daniella Redgrave, Office Manager, switched R.J. Valente Industries’ and Valente Building Group’s payroll to the large, national provider that was handling their 401(k) to try and consolidate those services. After six months, Daniella decided to bring those two entities back to GTM.<\/p>\n

“With the other provider, we had no dedicated service person,” says Redgrave. “That made things 10 times harder than we thought it would be.”<\/p>\n
