Sponsorship<\/h3>\n
Coaching services may be purchased directly from the executive, or the company may decide to sponsor an executive to receive coaching services. In either scenario, this is an excellent opportunity for the executive to grow personally and professionally.<\/p>\n
Confidentiality<\/h3>\n
Few executives have confidential sounding boards – we can help with that. Client privacy and privacy regarding any client communications will be protected. After the initial interview, a confidentiality agreement will be initiated and completed. No audio taping or third-party attendance will be done during coaching calls or meeting. Phone messages left with your assigned Executive Coach will not be forwarded or recorded.<\/p>\n
