Q. How does GTM define its customers?
A. Every customer or partner is unique. One of our core values is Ecstatic Clients!, and in our endeavors to focus on that, we've discovered that no single measurement can adequately sum up our clientele. Clients may have similar needs for the high quality, professional services we offer, however their individual needs can often cover every end of the spectrum.
Q. What are some services & tools that GTM has developed to better serve its clients?
A. GTM is focused on delivering technology platforms to simplify our clients' lives. We offer online account management, employee self-service, online 401(k) and HR Central, Human Resources Support Center. In addition, we integrate our technology with Time & Attendance and General Ledger Accounting Systems, to serve our clients' needs.
Q. How does customer feedback impact your strategy for the business solutions you are bringing to market?
A. We aggressively collect client, partner and employee feedback in order to actively gauge our performance and to provide better solutions to our clients, partners and others.

A. Based in Tech Valley, the emerging technology hub of New York State, GTM leverages the regions' talented contributors and advances in technological development to provide secure web-based solutions for high quality, personalized, easy-to-use, payroll outsourcing; as well as back-up dependant care services.
Q. What kind of security, mobility and solutions does GTM bring to market that enable a more flexible work environment?
A. Independently developing and utilizing state of the art technology platforms, GTM is uniquely positioned to offer clients and partners a secure environment to deliver mobile capabilities such as client account management, time and attendance services, paperless payroll, employee self service, smart-flex debit cards, human resource tools, and online 401(k) administration; among other services.
